3Gs upgrade 4.2 and stuck in apple logo screen after jailbreaked

I jailbreaked my 3Gs 05.12.1 bootrom ios 3.1.3 firmware this summer with spirit. And I accidently upgraded my iphone to 4.2 software. And I tried to jailbreak it with redsnow, and get stuck in apple logo screen after the pineapple screen appeared. Please help me, I tried to downgrade and rejailbreaked my phone over again with redsnow and limera1n but there is no luck. Please help me.
 
Does you 3GS have old or new bootrom? If new, it would be a tethered JB on 4.2. In that case, did you try using Redsnow to reboot the phone?

And, how did you go about downgrading the phone?
