So a friend recommended Florence + The Machine to me about two weeks ago. I had never heard of her before, but I downloaded her album, and it's amazing! It's become my favorite album in my Library.
I've been listening almost non-stop since I got it. There really isn't a bad track on the entire CD! I also got the iTunes Live from SoHo LP, and it is awesome! I mean she sounds great on Lungs, but with the live EP, you can tell that she can really sing!
She's nominated for "Best New Artist" at the 2011 Grammys, and she deserves to win. I swear if they pick Justin Bieber over Her I might have to stop listening to music all together.
