Or you could use Firefox plus the Video Download Helper add-on, or use Safari and its Activity Window (http://webrevolutionary.com/use-safaris-activity-window-to-save-web-files/) or use ClickToFlash to be able to right click on a H264 video and download it or many other methods, just a simple search away.

or you could just use COMMAND-OPTION-A and select the largest file in the list. Double tap it and it appears in download folder as a .flv file.
