iPhone stuck at start up screen..

Last night I was uninstalling Poof from my iPhone 3G, version 3.1.3. I turned off my iPhone and turned it back on after doing so. When I turned it back on, the Apple screen was showing for like 2 minutes. I put my iPhone aside thinking it's nothing, wake up today, and it's still at the Apple screen. What do I do?

Put your iPhone in DFU mode: http://www.iclarified.com/entry/index.php?enid=1034

Then, restore with a 3.1.3 ipsw.
