Database Error

I am receiving an office database message when a user opens Entourage. We are using Exchange here. I have tried to check the integrity and also repair it with no luck. Can I just delete this file and setup the Exchange account again, then let the emails sync? What other information will I be losing if I delete this file? Or can I not delete it? Thanks for your help.
