i had to remove some protected items in my trash. to do this i used the following command.

rm -rf ./Trashes; rm -rf ~/.Trash

that worked. But now, everytime i try to move something to the trash, mac will delete it directly permanent.

how can i fix this?

You deleted that folder. Don't use commands like this if you don't know what you're doing.

You need to reboot (or logout/login?) and those files will be restored.
