4.2.1 unlockable?

hey i just took my iphone to apple cause i couldnt restore it..
when the guy plugged it into the mac there it worked (i guess it was problems with pc)..
and the version on the phone is now 4.2.1 :( is this unlockable??
btw it is an iphone4

I have high hopes...but have been let down so many times before:( lets just hope it is here before new years. Also good news for people who don't want to update and do the entire jailbreak process again. The 4.1 and 4.2.1 baseband are not seperable...meaning for both 4.1 and 4.2.1 there will be unlocks!!!

Thought this might help ease the due date fever.
