I have a macbook pro that i bought in April of 2010 and i am running bootcamp to play a few different games. I am running windows 7 on the bootcamp and am wanting to project my screen on a T.V. I have the adapter to HDMI and it works perfectly on the Mac side. but it wont even recognize it on the windows side. It worked for about a week the first time i installed windows 7 on here then it randomly stopped so i messed around with it for a while then finally uninstalled and reinstalled windows and it still wont work. I tried to google it and couldn't find any fixes.

Do you have a 2010 MBP (i5, i7 in 15" and 17" or C2D in 13") or 2009 MBP?
Have you downloaded the latest nVidia drivers for Windows from nVidia and seen, if that helps you recognise or even configure a second screen?

sweet thanks, the driverboost showed me my display was out of date so found the right drivers installed them and working perfectly now
