Wondering how much 30" ACD's are worth

Hi everyone I just purchased a brand new Mac Pro to replaced my Macbook Pro so I'm searching for a new monitor. I came across a local ad for an Apple Cinema Display 30", the only issue with it is a scratch on the back casing.

Currently the seller wants $800 for it. I was wondering what the market value of this panel is? I haven't seen it in person but I will check for other damages in person.

That seems like a good price, but you want to make sure that the display itself is fine. I got a refurbished 30" for I believe $1,299
