Backup Notes on sqlite.

I extracted my notes from my backup I did for my Ipod touch.

When I extracted my notes it open on .sqlite
Does anyone know how to open the .sqlite file?
I dont have an Ipod touch anymore, I now have a iphone.
 
A surprising number of things are stored on Mac OS X as SQLite databases. Fortunately, there is a tool available to get information out of them.
