How to show a Prompt to turn on Location Services within an iphone app

Hi All,

Is there a way to know or present a prompt to the user of an iPhone App which uses CoreLocation Services?

This is to present a prompt to turn on the Location Services in an app if the Location Services is set to OFF.

(in iOS 4 or later).

Not quite sure the question? Are you speaking as if you're the developer, or the user?
 
I am speaking as of a developer.

I would like my app to present a prompt to turn ON the location services if it is OFF.
