Jailbreak to 4.1 help needed

Im currently on 4.02 but it's completely buggers, wifi, bluetooth, 3g etc doesnt work.
How do i upgrade my jailbreak and unlock to 4.1 please?

Which iPhone? Do you have 4.1 SHSH file saved? If you don't know what SHSH files are and why you need them to restore, if it's not the latest, you might want to google and read up on it. Also, look into creating and using a custom firmware file to upgrade while keeping your current possible unlockable baseband.
