Help transferring images (NOT photos) from iPhone please

Hey guys, im new here so sorry if this is in the wrong section or if its been asked before, I want to know if its possible to transfer images i uploaded onto my iPhoen from a computer back to my home computer, im not talking about photos that you can see in the DCIM folder when you plug the phone in the computer but actual images uploaded to the phone via itunes first. I googled everywhere and couldn't find an answer. If it helps my iPhone is jailbroken. Thanks in advance.

anyone? please i dont want to lose these photos and accidentally sync them off my phone or something.
