Hello, (How can I reinstall/restore os)

My iPhone (3Gs, unlocked and jailbroken) doesn't have a shsh file saved. Version is 3.1.2. My phone has software bugs, apps can not be deleted and there are other problems. How can I reinstall/restore os? Is that possible at all?
