iphone 3G 4.2.1 got a white cydia but bb still 05.15.03 please help

i have the iphone 3G FW 4.2.1 i jailbreak it but the baseband still 05.15.03 so how can i update it to the baseband 06.15.00 and unlock it with ultrasn0w please help me ......... thank you very much
 
Take a read through the dev team blog, it is all right there. Already about a dozen threads on it here too.

Download the latest version of redsn0w.
