So I am playing on my Mac and my friend is playing on a Wii. He has a "friend code" that he can use to find other users. Also he does not have an opportunity to choose servers. Has anyone figured out how to play this game across platforms?

The Mac version of CoD4 can only be played against other Mac users and PC users. The console versions of the game don't have any cross-platform ability whatsoever.
