I bought the version with enough storage to meet my needs, and factored in some headroom for future needs.

Isn't that what anyone should do?

Why would someone buy a 16GB unit if they want to keep 20GB of stuff on the phone? Same for buying a 32GB if someone only anticipates using 10GB storage. Buy what best fits your anticipated usage.

I got the 32GB version and I wish I would of gotten the 64GB version!

16GB. No point in paying $100 for 16 additional.

Maybe you didn't need the additional 16GB of storage so you saved $100. But for many others 16GB is just not enough and they spent the extra $100 for the 32GB or $200 for the 64GB.

32gb

After a 16GB iPhone 4 (my first iPhone) I found myself close to full on to many occasions so I upped it to 32GB this time around.

Ah... Now I can stretch out with all this space.

Jordan, I'm not sure why you feel the need to speak for others, (please let them use their own keyboards and post their own thoughts like Xgm541 did).

As a matter of fact, you didn't even post which one you purchased, so I can only assume you are trolling this thread but don't know why?

That is how I am....I used to have 8 GB on the original, then bumped to 16...it just was starting to be too cramped so I made the leap to the 32...not enough of a music junkie to need 64 GB

32gb here. I previously used a 16gb 3GS and found that I was micromanaging my music... and I'm a songwriter/musician, so it's important to me to have my library at my fingertips when I need it. On top of the HD video and photo capabilities, and with larger app sizes, I felt that this was my best option. Yes, $100 for 16gb is overpriced, but I found it to be worth it. No regrets, either. Resale will be great if necessary. :apple:

Lol you added a poll for a reason right?! I also have it listed on my signature. Nice try calling me a troll tho.

I've filled about 18 gigs on my 32gig iP4S. I'm not planning on upgrading any time soon--going to wait until the iP4S is no longer supported on the latest iOS--so the extra $100 on a phone that I'll be using for the next three to four years isn't a big deal.

Originally had the iPhone 4 with 16GB. I was going to get the 4S with 16GB too but I decided 32GB will be the new standard which will help resale value AND it will be a good amount of space for apps and music.

If there was a 8GB 4S version, I would have purchased it.

I currently use 3.7GB

16GB for me, 64GB for my wife. I have plenty of music for my 10 minute commute to work. Then on long trips we have a much larger library with the 64GB. Plus she wants to be able to take more pictures and video than I care to.

32gb, had a 16gb iPhone 4 and found it was full quite often.

Apps and games are getting bigger all the time too
