SSD in Early 2008 Macbook Pro freezes

Hi,

I have replaced my internal harddrive of my early 2008 Macbook Pro with a Corsair Force 3 ssd with 120GB.(firmware 1.3.3) Now i get sporadic freezes. Installed Mac Os is Lion. Any idea what i could do to fix this?
