I am trying to share folders/file from my Macbook Pro (Mac OS X 10.7.2 - Lion) and access them on my Mac Mini (Snow Leopard - most updated). I can see the computer, connect without a problem. However, when I try to access the shared folder, I receive an error message. See attached image for the message.

I have another laptop with Mac OS X 10.7.2 - Lion, and it's the same problem.

I also notice that even entering if I enter the adminstrator user name and password (of the macbook pro), it gives me Invalid username and password error.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I am trying to use the Mac Mini as my Home Theatre now, accessing the media files from the folders on my macbook pro.

FYI - My Airport base station is all up to date as well

This is not a Lion issue, per se. You need to re-associate the alias with its original [shared] file.
