use a bootcamp and transfer the data from your macs using windows os from the bootcamp. Remember, the HD format is different. Use the NTFS from windows while transferring it via bootcamp
I guess you mean Boot Camp? If so, that is unnecessary, as Windows can read all Windows file systems. Mac OS X just can't write natively to NTFS formatted volumes, but there are free and paid solutions for this. And your post is highly undecipherable, especially for someone with no knowledge of what are you are talking about.
OP: Look at the list from GGJstudios below and either use an external HDD formatted correctly, I would say exFAT for your purposes, or use a home network and Ethernet cable or use a USB flash memory thumb drive, as they are formatted for Windows and Mac OS X use.
