App for syncing remote to local?

Hey Guys,

I have been trawling the net but have not had much luck.

I am looking for an application where my local can watch a remote folder, preferably via FTP, so as soon as a new file is added it will automatically download the file to my local.

Basically when new files are added to our test web server, I want to download them automatically to make sure my local server is up to date.

Does anyone know of such an app?

Any help would be appreciated.
