One thing that bugs me with iCloud is the fact that it will not sync genius data. If you want to use genius on the iPhone, iPad, etc. you have to enable Wi-Fi sync. I had turned off Wi-Fi sync for the folloing reason, but now need it back on since I like to use genius:
After my music is synced to iCloud, it is available for download on my iOS device. If I download a song(s) on my device, and then do a wi-fi sync, those downloads are viewed as 'purchases' and are then synced into my iTunes library, causing duplicates of songs that were already in the library. Is there a way to prevent this from happening?
