Whenever I'm using it in OS X Lion I keep it cool using smcFanControl, but since I can't do this in Windows 7, and other fan control programs don't work on the Mac hardware, how can I keep it cool when I'm playing games?

let the default system keep it cool. if it overheats, it'll shut down. so it'll be fine.

MacFan0_65 and set the minimum speed manually. These days I am always having the fan speed under windows on my Mac mini 2011 set to the same speed as the server (2300) because at the default of 1800 it runs too hot. (i5 2.5Ghz with discrete GPU) It is the closest to smcFanControl that you can find.
