Hi,

I just bought a 13" MBP a week ago with Lion installed. I also bought a Kanex Mini DisplayPort to HDMI Cable with Audio Support in Apple store. I was trying to connect my MBP through Thunderbolt port to my 50" Samsung 1080p tv. The Mini DP to HDMI cable was for that purpose. I was only able to get graphic(MBP desktop), but no audio. I tried to watch a movie, but the TV doesn't have sound(volume already up). The Kanex cable is audio enabled. I've set my MBP audio output to Samsung HDMI(the MBP recognized it) instead of built in speakers. Why can I get audio on my Samsung TV? It should work theoretically right?

Thanks.
