Any good Office resources to resolve an error message?

I can't find any help online to trouble shoot this error message, which has just started popping up in Outlook.

Error
----
Could not synchronize record: RSS Feeds to Exchange server: <server name>

Details
----
The folder save operation failed due to invalid property values.

error code: -19918

Any ideas what this is? I would be happy to turn it off. I am not using Outlook to read RSS feeds.
