Yes, but it forces me to use "Sent with Sparrow". It's in an unclickable text field. Can you maybe make a quick screenshot of the preference pane?

I used it for a while then went to the Apple Mail app.

Basically, once you remove the limitation, the unclickable box disappears and only the big editable box remains.
