iTunes forced me to sync my iPhone with a backup or set it up as a new iPhone. My iCloud backup wasn't listed so I clicked the first one. I lost all my apps (they're still in my iTunes library but not on my phone) but nothing else changed. I checked and my iCloud backup is still there but I don't know how to sync with the backup. Help!
