Still Displays Old Number!?

Hi guys, I have just got a new iPhone 4s and i have transferred my old number onto the new contract... every things working fine with the transferred number etc. However in iTunes and on the phone itself its still displaying the old number which doesn't work anymore.

Any Ideas Welcome...
