We used iAnnotate this summer with a large PDF file - 904 pages - no problem. But now when we import a similar doc, iAnnotate frequently shows a "checkerboard" page when we navigate through the doc (using links, goto page#, etc.). We have optomized the PDF a number of ways and still we get the checkerboard. We have allowed the document to fully process (at least it appears to be fully processed). The checkerboard shows up with last summer's version 1.5 and with the new version 2.0. Any ideas?

It seems that 2.0 has some problems, but first try reseting your iPad. (Hold Power and Home until the Apple Logo comes up).
I used to be #1 fan of iAnnotate until GoodReader added Annotations.
I was excited about 2.0 but after trying it, I found some issues, so I put it away for now.
