How to lock or block apps...

I don't know if this is the right room, it seems multi-room question to me so: there is a way to block with password or hide some apps and the settings without jailbreakmy ipad 2? I don't want to jb my ipad but i don't want my sister to modify the settings or access some apps.

I can't understand if this is possible w/o jb...

Go to settings- general- restrictions. You can set it to NOT delete apps without a pw. That's the most you can get out of it. There are a few other useful things in there

Hiding apps is not available. It sure would be nice though.
