Does Firmware 5.0.1 drain battery for iPhone 4?

I have an iPhone 4 and I want to upgrade to 5.0.1 but I've been hearing that it drains the battery quicker.. Is this true? Anyone have this problem?

Well I'm currently on 4.3.5, do you think I should stay with this firmware or upgrade to 5.0.1, battery life wise
 
I did not have the original battery issue, but I think 5.0.1 has reduced my battery life vs 5.0.0. This is an AT$T 4S so no experience with 4.x
