$2 USA bills.

I have quite a few. Every now and then I get some new ones and hand them out as tips or presents. People seem to love them.
 
When I got one I first had o check it's not fake. Didn't even know those exists.

Same happen to my 2000 yen bill; nothing you often see.
 
I got it from a mcdonalds a few years back, I heard they are worth some money, but I'm going to save it just in case they might go for 1 million dollars for 1 $2 bill. That might be getting my hopes up a little bit :)

They are more common than you think. I usually pick up $100 worth of $2 bills and use them for various things. They are all over. If you want some ask your bank next time you are in.
 
I have a few. i keep one in my wallet, and given a few to family members for good luck on various things.
 
Mostly used at strip clubs in the US in drink order change, to get customers to tip dancers with $2 bills rather than $1 bills... Really.....

They are worth some money, about two dollars... You can get more at most any bank if you want them.
 
I have one or two in my spare wallet at home. Not worth more than maybe $2.01. Even that's a stretch.


Still keeping em, cuz they're cool :p

I had some "Special edition" Expo '69 2$ and 1$ Canadian bills. After looking long and hard for a buyer, everything collector I found said the same thing : "It's worth what's printed on its face, just deposit it at the bank".

So really, no, 1992 2$ bills won't be worth more than 2$.

Come on man, the $ symbol goes before the number. Baffles me how many people make this mistake.

EDIT: And the 2000 yen notes are ultra cool, I only came across them one or two times in my time in Japan.

Not everyone lives in the USA. KnightWRX and me are both Quebecers where the correct form is X.YY$. :rolleyes:

(I can't believe how unaware of the rest of the world a lot of americans are...)

And larger numbers look like 199.385,00$. How perverse it that.

Get with the programs boys.
