Any issues with a third USB display?

Hi all,

I have a HP external display hooked up to my MacBook via MiniDP -> DVI.

I want to hook up a 2nd, identical HP display via the USB port. I've seen the reviews of the USB -> DVI adapters and I'm aware that they are fine for webpages and static things, but suck for video.

My question: are there any driver issues for 10.7 Lion? Any weird install issues, etc?
