Cydia paid app after replacing my device

Hi guys, I bought the cydia folderenhancer app and after replacing my device and retrying to install it, it seems I have to pay again for the same app.
is there a way to solve this issue? I mean in general say I want to buy an app now, I'm afraid I will have to pay again if my device will need to be replaced or upgraded etc.
 
If you bought it through the Cydia Store, just login to the same account you bought it on the first time. The button should change from Buy to Install. You may have to tap the Buy button first, then login to your account.
