Hello,

I checked my credit card statements and I see a small amount charged , however I haven't purchased through appstore or itunes other tan free apps.

How can I find out why and for what they have charged my credit card?

Thanks

When you add a credit card to your account (or re-confirm it when adding a new device), Apple will make a small pre-authorisation (less than £2.00) to confirm the details. It's only an authorisation and should disappear in a week or so and should never appear on a monthly credit card statement.

If this is a charge that has made it to your monthly statement, then it's not the validation pre-authorisation and you need to question it

Can I contact via e-mail Apple instead? In Apple Store account every installed application costs 0$.

Yes it's less than 2 $ and the charge was done 10 days ago. My account no more than 2 months old.
