Language & Text Formats Pane

I am having trouble changing the formats pane region from Spanish to English. I selected a different region but the Mac will not allow me to change it from Spanish to English, any ideas how to do this?

It is causing the language for the date and time to be in spanish as well as some other things to be in spanish, how do I fix this?
