Trying to install the Symphony Orchestra Jam Pack in Garageband 11/Lion.

I get a semi-freeze with the installer trying to infinitely post the same warning that the program can't be used because it is a Power PC program

Supposedly only the installer is Power PC

So I try to get around the installer using 'Show Package Contents'.

However control clicking the installer file does not reveal a 'Show Package Contents' option.

So I played around in the terminal:

But couldn't get it to work. (Tried a bunch of times thinking I'm mistyping.)

Ludwig's-MacBook-:~ Ludwig$ pkgutil --expand /Volumes/Symphony\ Orchestra\ Install\ DVD\ 1/Install\ Jam\ Pack\ 4\ Symphony\ Orch\ Part\ I/to/package.pkg /output/destination/
Could not open package for expansion: /Volumes/Symphony Orchestra Install DVD 1/Install Jam Pack 4 Symphony Orch Part I/to/package.pkg

Any ideas?

Do I have to purchase Logic? (I don't want any more complexity.) Where can I find a list of the instruments included. (I know there are more than 1700 but I can find no list.)
