Not able to get to iCloud backup (but can see it)

Just got my device swapped out for the camera rattle. Did an iCloud backup at 11:48am today, performed the swap out and now the only iCloud backup it sees when I am prompted to restore is one from 12/12/11. However, I can go into my iCloud settings and see a listing that reads:

DW iPhone - 1.7 GB
DW iPad - 400mb
iPhone (current device) - 5.2mb

Obviously the first one is the one I want to restore to but I am not given that option anywhere? What am I missing?
 
Anyone? I was just on with Apple for 90 mins and they hung up on me.
 
Made it back to senior level support (whatever that means) and they are saying that "it's an issue with the cloud." They can see the backup on their end as well.
 
Figured it out. I was using the 5.1 beta and when I got the new device it had 5.0.1 on it thus not allowing me to see that iCloud backup due to version differences. Wasted a good part of the last day of the year on that. wow.

Isn't the camera rattle normal? Because of the autofocus? Mine rattles if I tap it and I've seen plenty of posts staying that.
