How do I update the EOS 60D Firmware using Lion?

Hi,
I have an EOS 60D and want to upgrade the Firmware to the latest version, but as I am running Lion the Canon Utility program is not yet compatible, and hence I wondered how else I could update ??

You can download the firmware for Mac OS. Simply move the file from the DMG to an SD card and perform the firmware update from the camera menu.
