I found a listing of a person willing to trade his mid-2009 MacBook Air (2GB, 120GB, either 1.6Ghz or 1.8Ghz C2D) for my mint iPad 1 64GB +3G + $150. Do you think this is a good deal? I might not keep it for too long, but do you think its a steal of a deal?

Not a steal of a deal, no. mac2sell lists that MBA as being worth about $450, so we'll say $500 to be generous.
Your iPad goes for about $450-$500 used. The extra $150 kind of kills the deal.
Those older MBAs aren't worth as much, especially not when they have the 4200RPM hard drives. I'd skip this deal.
