I need some quick photoshop help, am kind of a newbie. Could someone put the light blue background behind the man with the tan background in this picture below. I am not so good with photoshop, thanks for the help!

I'm sure someone could probably do it a bit better, but here's my quick half-arsed attempt at it.

If he doesn't use the image in its original size, it shouldn't be so bad. But like I said, half arse attempt.

Yeah, it was barely noticeable before I looked at the original size.

Would someone mind giving me a hand? I would like the light reflection on the face all the way to the left to go away... It would also be awesome if you could remove the black background and just keep it transparent so I can use whatever color I wish. I'll never use The Picture People again! Thanks!
