So my nephew got a hand me down 2nd gen shuffle used previously by my sister. It has now since stopped being recognized by iTunes and also when going to my computer. I don't know how to fix this. I have already uninstalled then reinstalled iTunes and it has done nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
