I am using a MacbookPro with OSX with Version 10.6.8. I have received a .doc file from a PC with comments on word.docx that I originally sent the reader who made editing/comments. I can see no comments. Sender has sent file twice-still no visible comments. Help?

With what application do you open the .docx actually?
Word 2008 or Word 2011? Or some other application?
And do you know, which Word version was used on Windows to add the comments? If "PC" is short for Windows in your post.
