Lion Server apache.httpd problem

I bought a mini server to play with and learn from. My current issue is I get the following error endlessly written to the log:
server com.apple.launchd[1] (org.apache.httpd[42737]): Exited with code: 1
server com.apple.launchd[1] (org.apache.httpd): Throttling respawn: Will start in 10 seconds
What do I need to do to fix this problem? (It's not obvious to me where it is coming from)
