My boyfriends iPhone won't restore and it keeps saying that it isn't eligible for the rebuild. It isn't jailbroken, to the best of my knowledge and it is disabled because he went into the hospital and literally, one day I woke up and couldn't get into the phone. so I tried the password and a few others a million times until it was completely disabled. Now I am trying to restore and it keeps coming up with this message. So the phone is of absolutely no use to me at this point. HELP!!!
