backing up files FROM remote server (via VPN) TO local time machine

Hi folks
I can't seem to make this work:

I'll be working from home for a while, and have 2 remote drives at the office that I log onto via VPN. These two drives contain some 2 TB data (HD video), and I need to do regular backups.

I thought that Time Machine would be great because I could do incremental backups in stead of doing the whole lot everytime (takes forever and hogs all bandwith)

Can I use TM to back up these remote drives? and How?

all help appreciated :)
