email problems- which one?

I posted earlier about having address book problems with apple mail. I did not get any relies, so I am assuming there is no way to help. Now my question is what other email programs do you use? Also how to delete the email addresses already used in apple mail or mac mail or so? Thanks
 
I saw your other post but didn't understand what you were asking. I use Apple Mail and am happy with it. Can you better explain what issue you're having with Address Book?

We need to know what email service you use. Latletly many servers are pre-empting the OSX updates.

Thunderbird is easy to configure, and you can return to Apple Mail after the OSX update.
