Need help powerpoint 2011 to cd

I have a large Power Point presentation with music, animation, still photos. How do I save to a cd so that it will play on most computers? I tried saving as .pps but the music didn't play when I started the cd on a PC. Can anybody give clear instructions on how to save to cd for use on most other computers?
