I just ordered my carbon fiber slickwraps for my iphone and I'm wondering is it alright if I leave my crystal clear back on there? Since the apple logo is open on the slickwraps i don't want it to scratch, I figured I'd just leave it on under the slickwraps, would anyone recommend not doing that? Or does it matter?

It will work just fine.
Just be wary, once you remove your back, the faux carbon fiber skin will attach itself quite firmly to the rear protector, it will pull it up off the back of the phone, just be prepared for that.
