Can anybody tell me how I can connect my Macbook Pro to my Samsung TV. I would like to watch movies that I have stored on my Macbook, on my TV. I would really appreciate any ideas or experience other members may have had.

The longest cord i was able to find/order was 6' and i also use my T.V. as a second monitor display sometimes.

I was searching the web for a solution to a Samsung problem when I found your post, not sure if you found a solution but here's what I've found.

You'll have some problems, Samsung are rather competitive with Apple and basically their approach is ****** Apple. The program you would need is the Samsung Allshare program but unfortunately Samsung doesn't make a Mac version.

The problem you have is that Samsung use a special version of DLNA server to connect to their tv's (as I found when I tried to connect my HP server to it) although over on the cnet forum's some users have had some success with TVMOBiLi (http://www.tvmobili.com)
